Order Processing Time
Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed by our carriers.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor its journey to your door.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs and budget. The available methods will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address. We primarily partner with trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
- Economy Shipping: A budget-friendly option for customers who are not in a rush. This service typically utilizes a combination of carrier partners, such as UPS Mail Innovations or FedEx SmartPost, where the carrier handles the long-distance transport and then hands the package to your local USPS for final delivery.
Please note: Guaranteed services require orders to be placed by 2 PM ET and are not available for shipments to P.O. Boxes. Delivery days are Monday-Friday unless Saturday is selected.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Because shipping costs to these locations are substantially higher, our standard free shipping offer does not apply. Shipping options and costs for these destinations will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We typically use UPS where available for Alaska, Hawaii, and territories, and USPS for all APO/FPO/DPO shipments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including the total weight of your package, its dimensions, the shipping method you select, and the destination. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Incorrect Address Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused upon delivery, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. The cost of reshipping the package will be the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please note the damage with the carrier when you receive it. You may also refuse the delivery. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage to the outer box and the items inside so we can assist you with a claim and a replacement or refund.
- Lost in Transit: While rare, packages can sometimes be delayed or lost. If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, englishtackus.com primarily ships to addresses within the United States, including its territories and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you are an international customer interested in our products, please contact us to discuss potential shipping options and associated costs. The customer would be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.
